Our OASE ProMax ClearDrain clean water pumps are suitable for this task. The ClearDrain 7-14, Mud 7-14, garden pumps (not Classic) are resistant to chlorinated water for brief use. The pumps should be rinsed out with clean water after use in chlorinated water.
Never lower the pump into the shaft via the cable; always fasten a lowering rope on the handle. Otherwise cable and pump can be damaged. The pump can best be carried via the ergonomic handle.
Use a larger hose diameter – ideally always use the largest hose diameter possible.
Please rinse off the pump after each use – our pumps are particularly durable and robust.
The OASE ProMax drainage pumps are not suitable for continuous use.
The ProMax pumps are only suitable for brief pond use, e.g. for pumping a garden pond empty. For longer-term use please use a suitable garden pond pump from our water garden assortment.
Yes, for brief use the ProMax pumps are also suitable for chlorinated water. Thereafter rinse off the pump with clean water.
Yes, you can use the ProMax pumps briefly, e.g. also for pumping swimming pools empty – thereafter always rinse them with clean water.
